Our eyes are continuously fixed on the mobile screen or the computer monitor during the day, followed by eye grabbing shows on television. This constant strain and stress has given rise to eye problems like Dry eyes, Blurry vision, Eyestrain, Headaches, Trouble focusing at a distance, etc. So follow these simple and easy eye-care tips for healthy eyes.

Eye-care tips:




Rest your eyes every 30-40 minutes. Look 15-20 feet away for 20 seconds. 



Get up at least every 2 hours and take a 10-15 minute break.



If your eye strain won’t go away, then talk to your doctor about computer glasses.



Try to avoid glare from windows and lights. Use an anti-glare screen if you needed.


If you use glasses or contacts then make sure your glasses or contacts prescription is up to date and good for looking at a computer screen.



Move the screen so your eyes are level with the top of the monitor.



If your eyes are dry, blink them more.

Heart is a important organ of the body. The reason is that, the heart carries and pumps necessities to other various parts of the body. If the heart is not working then multiple other organs would fail. I explain it with a example, the brain is constantly need of a supply of oxygen from blood, and receives it when the heart does its job in pumping blood to particular parts of the body. So, without the heart this function would fail. If the heart was to fail, the entire body would shut down in a matter of minutes.

The heart is a muscular organ in humans and other animals which pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. Blood provides the body with oxygen, glucose, amino acids, calcium, as well as assists in the removal of metabolic wastes. In humans the heart is located between the lungs, in the middle compartment of the chest.
During exercise, the pumping action automatically increases significantly, in response to the tissue’s demand for increased oxygen. Therefore, strong healthy heart is important to everyone, regardless of age or sex.

The average heart beats about 72 times a minute and pumps about 13,640 liters of blood a day, which is an unbelievable amount. During exercise, the pumping action automatically increases significantly, in response to the tissue’s demand for increased oxygen. Therefore, strong healthy heart is important to everyone, regardless of age or sex.

If you are doing high intensity interval exercise, it’s not recommended to do them more than three times a week. If you’re unsure whether you may be pushing yourself too hard, the following symptoms may signal that you need to cut back a bit and allow your body to recover.

  • Exercise leaves you exhausted instead of energized.
  • You have the blues.
  • You have heavy legs.
  • You get sick easily or get over a cold.

Health is Wealth - Tips for keeping healthy and fit


Health is considered the greatest wealth. It is better to be poor healthy than rich sick. According to World Health Organization (WHO) health is physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease. It is true for all that Health is Wealth. So, We should eat balanced food.


We have to perform multiple tasks throughout the day in order to earn more money however we forget that good health is as necessary for our healthy life as air and water for the body. We have to work for at least 9 - 10 hours in the offices by just sitting on the chair without any physical movement.

1. Don't skip breakfast

Studies show that breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. The National Institutes of Medicine notes that eating breakfast is important for regulating your appetite.

2. Drink Water/Fluids

Adults need to drink at least 1.5 liters water a day or more. Plain tap water is a good source of liquid. Alternative choices are juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, milk etc.

4. Stop smoking

Don't smoke and if you smoke already ! do everything in your power to quit. Quitting smoking is the single most important step a smoker can take to improve the length and quality of his or her life.

5. Living a Healthy Life

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be a struggle and the ideal routine seems to change all the time. Yet physical well-being plays an undeniably important role in our daily lives. In many ways, our mental health impacts our ability to be physically healthy, and vice versa.
