Prayer is an opportunity to spend time with God. To really understand the heart of God, you need to pray. One most important reason to pray is because God has commanded us to pray. If we are to be obedient to his will, then prayer must be part of our life in Him.

मैं मूर्ति पूजा में विश्वास नहीं रखता| मेरा किसी की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुँचाने का कतई मकसद नहीं है| मैं किसी मूर्ति पर लीटरों दूध बहा देने को व्यर्थ मानता हूं,| लेकिन फिर भी मेरे घर के एक हिस्से में आपको कुछ तस्वीरें मिलेंगी। मैं सुबह उठकर उन तस्वीरों के सामने अगरबत्ती जलाता हूँ और prayer करता हूँ। इसलिए नहीं कि इससे मेरा दिन अच्छा हो जाएगा बल्कि मुझे विश्वास है कि इससे मेरा दिन अच्छा होगा ही। मैं चर्च, मंदिर, गुरुद्वारे भी जाता हूँ लेकिन इसलिए नहीं कि वहां जाने से संकट के समय कोई मेरी मदद कर देगा बल्कि इसलिए कि वहां का माहौल मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगता है, मुझे वहां से सकारात्मक ऊर्जा मिलती है।

In the midst of our busy lives, we don’t pray or don’t pray enough or we only pray about the most pressing issues and neglect to take the time to really get close to God, to know him better and to share with him the deepest longings of our heart. We shut off the way by which He brings blessings into out lives.

Prayer is the way which brings you closer to God:

Communication is the key to success, In any relationship. When you communicate, you are able to know more about a person. Is it not true? This also applies to your relationship with God. Through talking to God, we learn more about who he is and God know about us. We need to pray each day individual or with family. It’s the only way we can lead a life of intimacy with God.

Prayer allows us to worship and praise the Lord. It allows us to offer confession of our sins. Moreover, prayer grants us the opportunity to present our requests to God. He cares for us and wants to commune with us through prayer. Humility is virtue God desires in us. Prayer reminds us that we are not in control, but God is, thus keeping us from pride.

Praying is not the way to seek but the way to take positive energy from God.

Some simple Prayers:

Getting children on the habit of praying these simple prayers at morning, before meals and before bed.

Morning Prayer:

“Dear God, as I rise this morning, I thank you for a restful night and the gift of a new day. Guide me as I walk through this day. I am grateful for all the blessings in my life. As I start my day, I trust you to guide me in everything I do. Amen.”

Before meals:

“God is good. Let us thank Him for our food. By His hands we are fed. Provide us with our daily bread. Amen.”

Bedtime Prayer:

“Father, thank you for your blessings today. Thank you for taking good care of me and my family. Protect us throughout the night. Amen.”

In this article I give information about the heart and some information regarding natural heart strengtheners.

Heart is a important organ of the body. The reason is that, the heart carries and pumps necessities to other various parts of the body. If the heart is not working then multiple other organs would fail. I explain it with a example, the brain is constantly need of a supply of oxygen from blood, and receives it when the heart does its job in pumping blood to particular parts of the body. So, without the heart this function would fail. If the heart was to fail, the entire body would shut down in a matter of minutes.

The heart is a muscular organ in humans and other animals which pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. Blood provides the body with oxygen, glucose, amino acids, calcium, as well as assists in the removal of metabolic wastes. In humans the heart is located between the lungs, in the middle compartment of the chest.

The average heart beats about 72 times a minute and pumps about 13,640 liters of blood a day, which is an unbelievable amount. During exercise, the pumping action automatically increases significantly, in response to the tissue’s demand for increased oxygen. Therefore, strong healthy heart is important to everyone, regardless of age or sex.

If you are doing high intensity interval exercise, it’s not recommended to do them more than three times a week. If you’re unsure whether you may be pushing yourself too hard, the following symptoms may signal that you need to cut back a bit and allow your body to recover.

• Exercise leaves you exhausted instead of energized.
• You have the blues.
• You have heavy legs.
• You get sick easily or get over a cold.

Listen to your body and move more :

At the time of exercise, be sure to listen to your body and don’t ignore signals of distress. It’s time to put away the outdated, “no pain no gain” principle. You can fully optimize your health and fitness without killing yourself. Aim to walk about 10,000 steps or one hour seven days a week. Other moderate-intensity exercises such as swimming, bicycling daily are good for our heart and body.

Heart disease is one of the biggest killers and every year billions are spent on the treatment and prevention of heart disease. Anyone suspecting or feeling heart problems must see a qualified physician immediately and change to a healthier lifestyle.

Follow a heart-healthy diet for you and your dear ones heart. Eat foods that are low in fat and cholesterol. Just about everyone should eat more fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains and other plant-based foods. The fiber is good for your cholesterol and you’ll get vitamins the natural way from foods. Also limit salt and sugar. Most people get too much of both.

Garlic

Studies have shown the amazing benefits of taking Garlic in relation to heart disease. For a healthy heart eat plenty of Garlic. Garlic has long been known to help prevent heart disease and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis. It also helps to reduce high blood pressure. Modern research has shown that regular intake of garlic lowers cholesterol levels in the blood and reduces blood clotting in blood vessels, making it particularly useful for coronary/artery disease.

Ginger

Ginger has an anti-blood clotting ability. In various studies, ginger has been shown to be almost as effective as aspirin and garlic in preventing the blood clots that trigger heart attack.

Rosemary

Rosemary is one of the richer herbal sources of antioxidants, which is why it works so well as a food preservative. Its antioxidants help prevent the fats in meat from turning rancid. The same principle applies to your heart. It is also as circulatory stimulant and dilates the blood vessels.

There is another non-medical reason for prove that the heart is the most important organ of the body. According to the Christian life, there is nothing more important than the heart. There is no other body part that is mentioned with as much importance in the Bible as the heart. Christians always heart the phrase “you need to ask Jesus into your heart.” The heart is where Jesus is figuratively housed in Christian lives. Matthew 22:37 states that “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” We are commanded to love the Lord will all of our heart.

Generally CTET Application Form releases in mid of December month for the next year CTET Feb. exams, but this time Central Board of Secondary Education had late to release Application form of CTET 2017 Feb. exam because Delhi Govt. in mood to take CTET exam once a year.

It is confirmed that CTET 2017 exam Notification & Application form will be released soon, but the organization doesn't mentioned the exact date of CTET 2017 Online Application Form 2017. Friends, keep some patience to apply online for CTET 2017 EXAM. According to CBSE, CTET 2017 Notification will be broadcast soon with complete details. CTET 2017 Exam Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Educational Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Primary Stage (Classes I-V)

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2 year Diploma as per the NCTE Regulations, 2002.

OR

Must have passed Senior Secondary with 50% marks and also passed or appearing in the diploma in special eductaion.

OR

Candidate must be graduate and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 year diploma in education.

Eligibility Criteria for Classes I-V (Primary Stage)

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

Eligibility relaxation:

All candidates belonging to the reserved classes such as SC/ ST/ OBC/ PHD has relaxation up to 5% aggregate qualifying marks in the above mentioned minimum Educational Qualification.

Application procedure:

Candidate has to visit online web portal of CTET at www.ctet.nic.in to apply online for the CTET 2017. Fill the accurate and valid details asked in application form and upload images of photograph and signature. Pay the application fees as per the given instruction.

About TET:

Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to class 8. Structure and content of CTET 2017

All questions in CTET test will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be no negative marking.

There will be two papers of CTET.

i) Paper I will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes I to V.

ii) Paper II will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
